We’ll include a prepaid return satchel and label for the other size, so there’s no need to organise a return yourself.

How It Works
1. Choose two sizes
Order two neighbouring sizes of the same eligible product.
2. Tell us at checkout
Add “TRY TWO SIZES” to your cart notes before checkout.
3. Try both at home
Carefully try both sizes on and choose the best fit. Keep all tags attached.
4. Keep the best fit
Place the other size into the prepaid return satchel included with your order.
5. Send it back
Lodge the return with Australia Post within 3 days of delivery.
6. Receive your refund
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll refund the amount paid for the returned item, less the applicable flat return fee.

Flat Return Fee
Everything you need to send the second size back is included with your order.
Blazer: $14.95
Tuxedo jacket & pants: $19.95
The applicable fee is simply deducted from your refund. There is nothing extra to pay when lodging your return.
If your order was purchased using a discount or promotion, your refund will be based on the amount actually paid for the returned item, less the applicable return fee.

- Secure both sizes while they’re available
- Avoid waiting for an exchange if the first size doesn’t fit

Simply choose the best fit, pack the other one and drop it at Australia Post.
What's Eligible?
Try Two Sizes is available on selected in-stock products only.
Eligible products may include:
- Selected Blazers
- 2-Piece Tuxedos
- The tuxedo jacket and pants component of selected 5-Piece Tuxedos
Look for Try Two Sizes on the product page to know if the service is available.
Pre-order products are not eligible.
Both sizes must be in stock when your order is placed.
Choosing Your Two Sizes
Try Two Sizes is designed for customers who are genuinely between two neighbouring sizes.
Your two sizes must be:
- The same product
- The same colour and style
- Next to each other in that product’s available size range
For example, if the available sizes run:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Then:
Size 2 + Size 4 ✓
Size 8 + Size 10 ✓
Size 2 + Size 6 ✕
Only two sizes can be compared at a time.
One Child at a Time
Try Two Sizes is limited to one active sizing comparison per customer at a time, regardless of how many orders are placed.
For example:
Size 2 + Size 4 for one child ✓
Size 2 + Size 4 and Size 8 + Size 10 for two children ✕
This allows us to offer the service while keeping enough sizes available for other families.
Once your current Try Two Sizes return has been completed, you’re welcome to use the service again.
5-Piece Tuxedos
For our eligible 5-Piece Tuxedos, Try Two Sizes applies to the tuxedo jacket and pants only.
If you’re unsure between two sizes, we recommend ordering:
- Your 5-Piece Tuxedo in the size you expect will fit best
- The matching 2-Piece Tuxedo in the neighbouring size you would like to compare
You can then compare the fit of both tuxedos at home.
The shirt, bow tie, pocket square and any other accessories included with the 5-Piece Tuxedo are not part of the Try Two Sizes comparison and remain subject to our standard Returns Policy.
If you decide the second-size 2-Piece Tuxedo is the better fit, please contact us before lodging the return so we can confirm exactly which items should be sent back and ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Return Conditions
Try Two Sizes is for at-home sizing only.
The size being returned must:
- Be lodged within 3 days of delivery
- Have all original tags attached
- Only have been tried on indoors for sizing
- Not have been worn to an event or outside the home
- Be unworn other than for a careful fitting
- Be unwashed and unaltered
- Be free from stains, marks, makeup, food, drink, fragrances, odours, pet hair or other damage
- Remain in original, sellable condition
- Include all parts of the eligible item being returned
- Be returned using the supplied return label and satchel
We recommend trying the garments on carefully and removing them once you have determined which size fits best.
The 3-Day Return Window
To receive the benefits of Try Two Sizes, the unwanted size must be lodged with Australia Post within 3 days of delivery.
The delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking will be used as the delivery date.
This short return window allows us to make both sizes available to you while also returning the unused size to our inventory quickly for another customer.
What If I Miss the 3-Day Window?
If your return is not lodged within the 3-day Try Two Sizes window, the Try Two Sizes service no longer applies.
Any return after this point will instead be handled under our standard Returns Policy and will be subject to the conditions, timeframes and return costs outlined in that policy.
Please do not use the supplied Try Two Sizes return label outside the 3-day window unless we have confirmed this with you.
What If Neither Size Fits?
If neither size is suitable, contact us within the 3-day Try Two Sizes period and we’ll help you with the next step.
Returning both items is not included as part of the standard Try Two Sizes service and will be handled in accordance with our standard Returns Policy where applicable.
Before You Order
To use Try Two Sizes:
- Choose exactly two neighbouring sizes
- Make sure they are the same product, colour and style
- Use the service for one child only
- Make sure both items are in stock
- Add “TRY TWO SIZES” to your cart notes
Adding “TRY TWO SIZES” to your cart notes does not make an otherwise ineligible order eligible.
If your order does not meet the Try Two Sizes requirements, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm how you would like to proceed.

Standard Returns & Australian Consumer Law
Our standard Returns Policy continues to apply to purchases outside the Try Two Sizes service and where stated above.
The 3-day return period and Try Two Sizes conditions apply specifically to this optional at-home sizing service.
Nothing in the Try Two Sizes service or our standard Returns Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
