Just Suits Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope that you love your new Just Suits clothing.
However if you don't, no stress!
Returns
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund of the item price only*.
Return Timeframe:
Returns must be initiated and shipped within 14 days of delivery.
Return Costs:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was shown online.
For change-of-mind returns, you may:
- Arrange and pay for your own tracked shipping, OR
- Request a return label from us (cost will be deducted from your refund).
The item must be returned in its original condition:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unmarked
- Free of odours (including perfume, smoke, etc.)
- Tag/s included
If any of these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.
Standard return shipping through Australia Post typically costs between $9.50–$11.50 and takes 2–6 business days. We recommend reviewing sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
Step-by-step return instructions (change of mind):
1. Email us at contact@justsuits.com.au with your name, order number, and reason for return.
2. Repackage the item securely using the original satchel (if in good condition) or similar protective packaging.
3. Either:
- Use your own tracked courier service
- Request a return label from us (label cost will be deducted from your refund).
4. Email us your return tracking number after posting.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item fails inspection or does not meet the conditions above.
Refunds apply to the item price only and do not include original delivery costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed exclusively through our partner store — Denim Republic — located in Westfield Plenty Valley, Melbourne.
Exchanges must be made in person within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The garment must be in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, and suitable for resale
- Original tags must be attached
- A valid receipt must be shown

We recommend choosing carefully before purchasing, as exchange stock is limited and in-person exchange is currently the only method available.
Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was shown on our website, please contact us immediately.
If the product suffers a major fault or misrepresentation, we (the merchant) will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
Step-by-step process for faulty/damaged returns:
- Email contact@justsuits.com.au with your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the fault, damage, or incorrect item.
- Include a short description of the issue.
- Wait for our team to review and respond with next steps.
- If approved, we will email you a prepaid return label (PDF). You can:
- Print it at home, OR
- Show it at any Australia Post counter, and they will print and attach it for you.

Returned items must still meet the standard return conditions. If the item is found to be in good condition, or the fault not as described, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the product to you at your own cost.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:
- Custom or personalised items.
- Sale items (all discounted purchases are final sale).
- Gift cards.
- Personal care items (e.g., grooming products).
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).
