Just Suits Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your new Just Suits clothing.

However if you don't, no stress!

 

Returns

You can return your items within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund*

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

To return, send back items within 14 days of delivery date and keep your tracking number. Then email us with your name, order number, return tracking number.

We have the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. All refunds are for the item price only and does not include any delivery charges. 

 

Exchanges

We process all exchanges through our partner company, Denim Republic. Exchanges can only be made at the Denim Republic store located in Westfield Plenty Valley, Melbourne within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

 - The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, and able to be resold.

 - The original tags must still be attached.

 - A valid receipt must be presented.

Damages & Issues

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at contactus@denimrepublic.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order—or as soon as possible—for the best chance of resolving the issue promptly.

Steps to Report an Issue:

 - Provide clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

 - Include a brief description of the issue.

 - Wait for our team to assess and respond with the next steps.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

 - Custom or personalised items.

 - Sale items (all discounted purchases are final sale).

 - Gift cards.

 - Personal care items (e.g., grooming products).

 - Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).
